If the customer wants medals re-arranging outside of the correct 'Order of Wear', is this acceptable?
Although we will mount your medals in the correct order of wear, if you unsure of what that might be then please ask and any requests for a change will be discussed. We are aware that some customers may well have sentimental reasons for certain requests so we are happy to listen and advise.
Do you have a customer referral program?
We really appreciate our customers referring our services to others and are extremely grateful for your support however there is no financial or service benefit for doing so.
What if I am not satisfied with The Medals Man?
If you are not satisfied with the service provided please make contact via e-mail so we can try our utmost to correct any problems prior to leaving negative feedback on any medium. We all know that nobody is perfect and we are no exception. We only ask that you provide us the opportunity to correct any mistakes we make, thank you.
Are there any benefits for first-time customers?
We believe our pricing is extremely competitive and as such cannot offer any incentives to first-time customers.
